Hosted by PlayWell Productions
Written to coincide with the 2024 bicentenary of the RNLI, this heartfelt folk musical draws on the stories, history and lives of the RNLI's coastal and inland communities as a celebration and commemoration of this world-renowned organisation.
There are too many stories to tell in one musical, but detailed research and conversations with the crews themselves have led to this folk-infused tribute to all who have served, and those who have stood and continue to stand with them today in this, their 200th year.
Development to date supported by Arts Council England, Lighthouse Poole, Theatre Royal Portsmouth, China Plate and Mercury Theatre.
This is an ideal performance for toddlers aged 0 - 2.5 years, but everyone in the family is welcome! Tickets can be purchased via a pay-what-you-can donation of £8, £10, or £12. Children under the age of 3 can come along for free!
Performed at the Stade Hall, The Stade, Hastings Old Town, TN34 3FJ
